Welcome to the first CrossFit Box in Tallahassee.
Our goal is simple:
To help you get the fittest you have ever been in your life.
Our specialty is introducing new people to CrossFit training and helping them develop into better versions of themselves.

Where are we located?
Our address is 504 Capital Circle SE. If you are going south on Capital Circle just past the Park Ave/Capital Circle intersection turn right into the Capital Circle Commercial Center. Then go all the way in the back and we on the right.

When are our Classes?
Our classes are Monday through Friday at 6am, 12 noon, 4,5 and 6pm. Open Gym is from 10 - 12 on Saturdays.

Pricing is an important part of deciding whether our program is right for you. We offer a range of programs to enable everyone to enjoy the benefits of membership. Contact us to find out more.

Joining us at CFTally is about making fitness and health a priority in your life. There is no experience or ability requirements. You can do CrossFit!

If you have been a member of a CrossFit affiliate then you will appreciate what we do here at CFTally. Our facility is the biggest, cleanest most well-equipped box in town!
