Burn! Lunch is a quick half hour workout, so instead of eating lunch you burn it! It’s a quick in and out workout that takes no prior skill just a willingness to move fast. You’ll be in good hands with our highly qualified staff and we guarantee you’ll burn!
What to Expect
Every session starts with a quick warm-up to get you ready for the workout. The workout itself is short but awesome! We start promptly at 11:45 and you’ll be walking out the door at 12:15. The cost for one session is $10 and a month is $75. Sessions are Monday though Friday.
