Simply put, CrossFit Tallahassee’s mission is to help, “Create lifelong sustainable fitness in our members.” After spending time in our facility and with our team we want our members to walk out of our doors after a workout and feel like they are better version of themselves. It isn’t the scientific sum of calories, workouts and weight that keeps our members returning. It is not the cutting edge equipment and technology. It is the people that count. Our team cares about guiding and encouraging each and every member to obtain the goals they seek for themselves. Our members’ goals are specific and if we can assist in that journey to realizing their aspirations then we have truly helped them change their life.

Analytics/SugarWod

Data is the secret ingredient to successful training. We track every number that you lift within our walls, making you become better, faster. SugarWod makes keeping your numbers fun and the best part is encouraging each other. It’s always fun to see how everyone is doing and it doesn’t matter where you are in your fitness journey.

Social

We offer the largest FREE accountability group on the planet. We workout and play together often. Workouts aren’t bad when you’re making new friends. Join us and immediately have 100+ workout buddies ready to be there for you!

Nutrition

Learn from those who have personal and professional experience not from a 20-something that’s never had a personal issue with their diet. Our Nutrition: Basics seminar prepares everyone by educating you on nutrition. For those ready to make a change we offer our Nutrition: Implementation + Success programs. Special Challenges

Whether you have a family history of chronic disease you are trying to avoid or are dealing with it now we can help. We have personal experience that informs our coaching and we can help.

If you have any reservations about joining, still, because of money or time or whatever, don't let that stop you. I had a million reasons not to start Crossfit and now I can honestly say that I can't put a price on what I have gained from it: a new body, friendships, healthier eating habits, more energy, confidence, and so much more. That's the one thing that I appreciated most about my experience at Crossfit Tallahassee; the expertise that Greg and Theresa shared with me.  It's one thing to run a gym, it's an another to tape athletes, coach form, and talk about anything fitness for hours on end.  I remember one day I showed up for a WOD and I had misread the schedule and showed up about an hour early.  Greg was at the box and we spoke about Trigger Points, Myofascial release, programming, and a slew of other Crossfit related topics for the full hour and then some.  It's experiences like that which are non-existent at larger, conventional gyms.
