Simply put, CrossFit Tallahassee’s mission is to help, “Create lifelong sustainable fitness in our members.” After spending time in our facility and with our team we want our members to walk out of our doors after a workout and feel like they are better version of themselves. It isn’t the scientific sum of calories, workouts and weight that keeps our members returning. It is not the cutting edge equipment and technology. It is the people that count. Our team cares about guiding and encouraging each and every member to obtain the goals they seek for themselves. Our members’ goals are specific and if we can assist in that journey to realizing their aspirations then we have truly helped them change their life.

Analytics/SugarWod

Data is the secret ingredient to successful training. We track every number that you lift within our walls, making you become better, faster. SugarWod makes keeping your numbers fun and the best part is encouraging each other. It’s always fun to see how everyone is doing and it doesn’t matter where you are in your fitness journey.

Social

We offer the largest FREE accountability group on the planet. We workout and play together often. Workouts aren’t bad when you’re making new friends. Join us and immediately have 100+ workout buddies ready to be there for you!

Nutrition

Learn from those who have personal and professional experience not from a 20-something that’s never had a personal issue with their diet. Our Nutrition: Basics seminar prepares everyone by educating you on nutrition. For those ready to make a change we offer our Nutrition: Implementation + Success programs. Shape-wise, because that’s always a big deal, I’m slimming down.  Honestly, I look the best that I ever have.  CrossFit involves a good balance of the three kinds of exercise (weights, cardio, gymnastics) so that I am trim but also toned, and anyone else can be too.

I joined CrossFit Tallahassee in August 2013.  Prior to that time, I did not have much experience lifting weights and had simply tried to stick to running. However, because of the demands of law school, I had abandoned running as well.  I knew I needed to make a change, so I decided to join CFTally before starting my third year of law school...As I leave Tallahassee behind and move to Tampa, I am worried about what my CrossFit future holds.  I have been so blessed and spoiled at CFTally that nothing will ever surpass or probably even come close to it.
