Your First Week is Free

Sign up for a free week of workouts at CrossFit Tallahassee! First, we will call you to ensure you have an awesome workout. We will answer any questions you have and talk about your health and fitness goals. At any rate, whether you have been an athlete for years or are just starting out, you will leave here with some free advice on how best to achieve those goals by expert coaches who truly care about every person who walks through our door.

This workout is absolutely fee! There are no strings attached and no obligations.

What to Expect:

Come prepared to workout. Wear gym clothes and tennis shoes. You don’t need to bring water or a towel as we provide both. The purpose of this first workout is to give you a taste of what working out with us is like, not to destroy you on your first workout. But don’t worry it will be challenging!

Expect to spend about  an hour at our gym. While you are here please talk to as many of our members as you can. This is a great way for you to see if CrossFit Tallahassee is a good fit for you.

Prerequisites

Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it’s the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym this is your starting point.

My greatest achievement has been on the inside. Learning to conquer feelings of indequacy and fear has fuelled great perseverance! Trusting my Coaches and their vision, and hanging on cheers from my peers, have kept me fighting for that last rep! And now it shows on the outside!

Crossfit seemed like something I could never do because of my health challenges.  I did not realize that each workout is scaled to your individual fitness level.  When Coach Greg told me that, I decided to give it a try because that is exactly what I needed!  Receiving personalized training in a group setting has been so inspiring as I watch all the various fitness levels around me. And I Love the fact that there is a different workout (WOD) each day!  It never gets boring and it is Always Challenging!   In less than a year of attending Crossfit Tallahassee, I have greatly increased my muscle strength and tone.

Crossfit is not your typical gym setting. When I heard about Crossfit Tally from a few people it immediately sparked an interest. After my first visit they had me hooked. Dedicated and motivational coaches that push you through an already planned workout every day, is exactly what I was looking for. The great part is that any person at any physical level can join. Workouts are scaled to your capabilities and you can watch yourself grow.

The only regret I have about my time at CrossFit Tallahassee is that I didn’t start sooner. Around March 2015 I finally decided that I’d had enough with just running in circles (literally) trying to maintain mediocrity when it came to fitness. I’ve grown up in all types of athletics, from swimming, to team sports, and some weight lifting as well. But more than actually playing any of these sports, I love being coached.

I joined Crossfit Tally in the Fall of 2011 and continued to do it for two continuous years while finishing my Bachelors at Florida State. When I looked into crossfit it looked like something fun and challenging. My first workout was an emom of handstand push ups at 6 in the morning. I excelled and was immediately hooked, however, never returning for a 6 am class because that was crazy early.
