Your First Week is Free

Sign up for a free week of workouts at CrossFit Tallahassee! First, we will call you to ensure you have an awesome workout. We will answer any questions you have and talk about your health and fitness goals. At any rate, whether you have been an athlete for years or are just starting out, you will leave here with some free advice on how best to achieve those goals by expert coaches who truly care about every person who walks through our door.

This workout is absolutely fee! There are no strings attached and no obligations.

What to Expect:

Come prepared to workout. Wear gym clothes and tennis shoes. You don’t need to bring water or a towel as we provide both. The purpose of this first workout is to give you a taste of what working out with us is like, not to destroy you on your first workout. But don’t worry it will be challenging!

Expect to spend about  an hour at our gym. While you are here please talk to as many of our members as you can. This is a great way for you to see if CrossFit Tallahassee is a good fit for you.

Prerequisites

Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it’s the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym this is your starting point.

There is no charge for your first week of workouts!

I have always been an active person who works out about five times a week. I recently started getting bored of the gym and I was at a plateau, I wasn't getting any leaner or stronger. I heard about CF Tallahassee and decided to try it out. I started in Feb and fell in love with it. All the coaches are very motivating and they know their stuff!! Since I started crossfit three months ago I have already seen a lot of improvements in my workouts and I am getting stronger! I only left CF tally because I moved back home but I will be continuing crossfitting at home. It was a pleasure training with all the coaches in CF Tally, I learned a lot!

I had two months and counting until I would endure some of the most rigorous officer training in the military and realized I was not up to par physically. I decided to begin "Crossfitting" and wow what an improvement I made in two months of training. I made huge gains in my pull-ups and 3 mile time as well, which I didn't think was possible. I loved crossfit because I got a much better workout in 30 minutes than I was spending an hour at the gym. I would encourage people of any fitness level to try it out. Any workout can be modified to any type of athlete. No one is too strong or too weak to workout at Crossfit.

Before working out at CF Tally, I used to dread working out. After joining CF Tally, working out was easily the favorite part of my day. Not only did CrossFit make working out fun and interesting, but it was a time where I could be amongst friends. Because becoming healthier is a common goal for everyone, it brought everyone together and helped us push and encourage each other. I made several friends at CF Tally. The individuals who work out there are honestly some of the most fun, positive people I have met.

I am going to miss the people at CF Tally more than I can even put into words; I have definitely made lifelong friends. Everyone is there for the same reason, and the support is unbelievable. There’s tough love when you need it, and nothing but encouragement every step of the way. Greg and Teresa are awesome owners who truly care about their athletes, and only want the best for us. With so many time slots available throughout the day, they make it impossible for you to make an excuse (and they get on your case if you start slacking!)
