Your First Week is Free

Sign up for a free week of workouts at CrossFit Tallahassee! First, we will call you to ensure you have an awesome workout. We will answer any questions you have and talk about your health and fitness goals. At any rate, whether you have been an athlete for years or are just starting out, you will leave here with some free advice on how best to achieve those goals by expert coaches who truly care about every person who walks through our door.

This workout is absolutely fee! There are no strings attached and no obligations.

What to Expect:

Come prepared to workout. Wear gym clothes and tennis shoes. You don’t need to bring water or a towel as we provide both. The purpose of this first workout is to give you a taste of what working out with us is like, not to destroy you on your first workout. But don’t worry it will be challenging!

Expect to spend about  an hour at our gym. While you are here please talk to as many of our members as you can. This is a great way for you to see if CrossFit Tallahassee is a good fit for you.

Prerequisites

Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it’s the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym this is your starting point.

I joined Crossfit Tally in the Fall of 2011 and continued to do it for two continuous years while finishing my Bachelors at Florida State. When I looked into crossfit it looked like something fun and challenging. My first workout was an emom of handstand push ups at 6 in the morning. I excelled and was immediately hooked, however, never returning for a 6 am class because that was crazy early.

Crossfit Tallahassee was my first box.  I had heard great things about it from my wife and finally decided to make the jump.  When I started I was obviously weak and in need of significant guidance when it comes to the technical moves of Olympic lifting.  My weakness didn't matter, the trainers immediately treated me like I was part of the family.  Weights and movements were modified to fit my skill level.  I was impressed with how much the trainers knew and how good they were at teaching me and others.

All the things I found challenging and rewarding about doing CrossFit as a service member were sustained working out with Greg and all the great athletes at CrossFit Tallahassee.  There aren’t many things that get me enthusiastic about getting out of bed at 5:15am, but challenging myself physically while training with great people provided that incentive.  I look forward to training there and feel better for it.  I would recommend it to people, regardless of ability level, who are willing to challenge themselves and make a commitment to greater fitness!
