Sign up for a free week of workouts at CrossFit Tallahassee! First, we will call you to ensure you have an awesome workout. We will answer any questions you have and talk about your health and fitness goals. At any rate, whether you have been an athlete for years or are just starting out, you will leave here with some free advice on how best to achieve those goals by expert coaches who truly care about every person who walks through our door.

This workout is absolutely fee! There are no strings attached and no obligations.

What to Expect:

Come prepared to workout. Wear gym clothes and tennis shoes. You don’t need to bring water or a towel as we provide both. The purpose of this first workout is to give you a taste of what working out with us is like, not to destroy you on your first workout. But don’t worry it will be challenging!

Expect to spend about  an hour at our gym. While you are here please talk to as many of our members as you can. This is a great way for you to see if CrossFit Tallahassee is a good fit for you.

Prerequisites

Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it’s the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym this is your starting point.

The just under two years I spent at CrossFit Tally were, hands down, the most fun I've had working out. The Keeters' gym has it all: an outstanding facility, comprehensive trainers, and challenging workouts. It's been tough readjusting to a "normal" gym routine and I truly miss the friends I bonded with over intense WODs. If I'm ever back in Tally, you can bet I'll stop by to gauge my Fran time.

I started Crossfit with Tallahassee Crossfit this January because I was bored with my normal workout routine. I was running races every couple of months including half marathons around Florida. Although I was in pretty good cardiovascular shape, I needed a change in my workout. My muscle mass was low, I could barely do a pushup and had trouble picking up my own groceries. I knew I needed a change. When I initially thought of Crossfit as an option, I immediately dismissed the thought. I heard that it was bad for your body and that you become a “bulky” looking woman instead of looking fit and healthy. I couldn’t have been more wrong.

Before I started crossfit I had been going to the gym for 2 years. At the gym I just worked out the same muscles all the time and the routine got boring. I decided to start doing crossfit and chose CF Tally. I have to say it was a whole different world of working out. I had never done Olympic weightlifting before and never done some of the exercises we were doing but my coach was very good at watching and helping me do the movements correctly.

I had preconceived notions about what CrossFit was like before I joined; I envisioned really fit and muscular people who were really good at everything, stuck up and exclusive; I imagined I would never fit in, but with prodding from a few friends, I decided to try it out.
