CrossFit Level 2
My CrossFit journey began in 2013 in Katy, TX when my daughter was 6 months old. I quickly learned that I was terribly out of shape but had the drive to be better. In 2014 I found out I was pregnant with our son. I stayed committed to CrossFit and rarely missed a day, even with morning sickness. After I had my son I was back in the gym 4 weeks later. I competed in my first competition when my son was 8 weeks old. My first competition pushed me further than I thought possible. I wanted more. So I starting eating healthier and focusing on my training more. A few months later in 2015 I was asked to get my Level 1 trainer certificate! I did!
Motivation & Passion
Through life’s ups and downs the CrossFit community has held me up and kept me accountable to my health and over all well being. There is no better feeling than to encourage, support, and coach people toward healthy lifestyles.
