Simply put, CrossFit Tallahassee’s mission is to help, “Create lifelong sustainable fitness in our members.” After spending time in our facility and with our team we want our members to walk out of our doors after a workout and feel like they are better version of themselves. It isn’t the scientific sum of calories, workouts and weight that keeps our members returning. It is not the cutting edge equipment and technology. It is the people that count. Our team cares about guiding and encouraging each and every member to obtain the goals they seek for themselves. Our members’ goals are specific and if we can assist in that journey to realizing their aspirations then we have truly helped them change their life.

Analytics/SugarWod

Data is the secret ingredient to successful training. We track every number that you lift within our walls, making you become better, faster. SugarWod makes keeping your numbers fun and the best part is encouraging each other. It’s always fun to see how everyone is doing and it doesn’t matter where you are in your fitness journey.

Social

We offer the largest FREE accountability group on the planet. We workout and play together often. Workouts aren’t bad when you’re making new friends. Join us and immediately have 100+ workout buddies ready to be there for you!

Nutrition

Learn from those who have personal and professional experience not from a 20-something that’s never had a personal issue with their diet. Our Nutrition: Basics seminar prepares everyone by educating you on nutrition. For those ready to make a change we offer our Nutrition: Implementation + Success programs. Special Challenges

Whether you have a family history of chronic disease you are trying to avoid or are dealing with it now we can help. We have personal experience that informs our coaching and we can help.

I originally started CF to increase my endurance and upper body strength for a Tough Mudder after friends talked me into joining their team. I felt very well-prepared for that race, and it never occurred to me to stop training afterwards. I am completely surprised and pleased by the physical and mental changes that I have experienced in the short time that I have been a member. CFTally is part of my life now, and I have already started the process to join another box in my new neighborhood. I am officially hooked thanks to you! My one suggestion would be more gatherings at Tally. The older crowd likes to party, too!!

The only regret I have about my time at CrossFit Tallahassee is that I didn’t start sooner. Around March 2015 I finally decided that I’d had enough with just running in circles (literally) trying to maintain mediocrity when it came to fitness. I’ve grown up in all types of athletics, from swimming, to team sports, and some weight lifting as well. But more than actually playing any of these sports, I love being coached.
