The best and easy ways to reduce weight and live active life is in workout and cardio exercises, you has to chose a specific sport for you, not only you will reduce weight, increase stamina and strength too and away you from several of harmful diseases.

Sport will not provide a broad range of fitness. All sport is specialization.
