A few celebrity actors and athletes have gotten some criticism about their adopting a gluten-free diet. I think much of this is from "dietitians" fronting for food manufactures. If you eat manufactored or as it is commonly referred to as "processed" food it is very difficult to avoid gluten. Much in the same way its hard to avoid added sugar and HFCS. But if you don't eat these foods it's not so difficult to avoid. Try if for as little as a week and I think you'll see a substantial difference and if not you've lost nothing important.
