Fat Lies

Even with all of the observations (roughly 1:15 mark), there is still a positive trend linking fat consumption to heart disease. This would be proven robust by any half-hearted statistical test. And anybody in "the scientific community" knows that a trendline isn't a connect-the-dots exercise. The bit about doing "what any dedicated researcher would do" referencing selective data inclusion is just insulting (Rick Perry's view on golbal warming would be right at home here).

I agree with much of the video's premise, but there is enough actual evidence to draw from that taking a blatantly anti-science approach leaves this in the discard pile.

I agree with you Greg we must have a good choice of food. It should be nutritious for us to be fit and healthy. So, we must to be careful in every food we intake because it might take us into risk.
