Your First Week is Free

Sign up for a free week of workouts at CrossFit Tallahassee! First, we will call you to ensure you have an awesome workout. We will answer any questions you have and talk about your health and fitness goals. At any rate, whether you have been an athlete for years or are just starting out, you will leave here with some free advice on how best to achieve those goals by expert coaches who truly care about every person who walks through our door.

This workout is absolutely fee! There are no strings attached and no obligations.

What to Expect:

Come prepared to workout. Wear gym clothes and tennis shoes. You don’t need to bring water or a towel as we provide both. The purpose of this first workout is to give you a taste of what working out with us is like, not to destroy you on your first workout. But don’t worry it will be challenging!

Expect to spend about  an hour at our gym. While you are here please talk to as many of our members as you can. This is a great way for you to see if CrossFit Tallahassee is a good fit for you.

Prerequisites

Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it’s the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym this is your starting point.

It’s been almost 10 months since I left CFTally, but it’s been on my mind a lot lately.  We often hear about exercise as “an investment in your health” and think it’s a BS marketing slogan to get money, but I don’t think it is.  Fitness is, in many ways like a savings account that you work for, sacrifice for and earn with sweat, blood and sometimes tears.  But once you have it, it’s there for you to use in an emergency.

I could go on and on about the all the advantages that are offered at Crossfit Tallahassee but I will end by simply saying if you have the chance to workout there you are very lucky and if you are a crossfitter and are passing through Tallahassee and want you butt kicked in one of the best Crossfit gyms around, but be warned you might look at your box in a completely different light.

I found Crossfit Tallahassee through the affiliate website and contacted Greg about joining his garage gym. I expressed some concerns about changing gyms because of the personal attention and dedication the bootcamp instructors gave to their clients and Greg assured me that he would strive to have his clients say the same about him. I have to say that have not regretted changing gyms and Greg has held true to his promise. Greg and his wife Teresa are truly dedicated to their clients and their health and fitness success.

When thinking about joining Crossfit, I had a lot of the stereotypical normal concerns that a lot of people may have. I kept thinking, " I am not in shape enough to lift all of that weight" "there's no way I can do those crazy movements" or, " I don't want to get bulky muscles." I am here today to break that stereotype because of my time spent at Crossfit tallahassee. Every time I step foot into the gym, I am constantly supported, pushed to do my best, and believe it or not, to have fun. CFTally is something that has changed not just my fitness life, but my overall life in general. Because of CFTally, I feel better day to day, I have a support group of friends, a family that pushes me to succeed beyond the gym, and a home that I get to come to after a long day.
