Your First Week is Free

Sign up for a free week of workouts at CrossFit Tallahassee! First, we will call you to ensure you have an awesome workout. We will answer any questions you have and talk about your health and fitness goals. At any rate, whether you have been an athlete for years or are just starting out, you will leave here with some free advice on how best to achieve those goals by expert coaches who truly care about every person who walks through our door.

This workout is absolutely fee! There are no strings attached and no obligations.

What to Expect:

Come prepared to workout. Wear gym clothes and tennis shoes. You don’t need to bring water or a towel as we provide both. The purpose of this first workout is to give you a taste of what working out with us is like, not to destroy you on your first workout. But don’t worry it will be challenging!

Expect to spend about  an hour at our gym. While you are here please talk to as many of our members as you can. This is a great way for you to see if CrossFit Tallahassee is a good fit for you.


Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it’s the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym this is your starting point.


There is no charge for your first week of workouts!

To say that CrossFit Tallahassee changed my life is a gross understatement.  I joined CFT in June 2012 and had no idea what I was getting myself into.  I had been an athlete my whole life but recent changes in my lifestyle – moved to a town I knew no one, new job accountabilities and ending a relationship – lead me to a very dark place.  It was the first time I felt completely alone and depressed.  he day I walked through the doors of CrossFit Tallahassee was the last time I felt completely alone and depressed.  I was welcomed with open arms, encouraged to be better by complete strangers and pushed to what I thought was my absolute limit.

A decision I will never forget… I had been looking for a something new here in Tallahassee because I was sick of the standard gyms. I had no motivation to go anymore and I needed something different, something that was challenging. I came into CrossFit Tallahassee to get a feel for the place and have not left since. If you are even considering CrossFit, come in check the place out and I put money on it that you will not go anywhere else. I joined Tallahassee Crossfit January of 2013. I had been trying to do so for months, but was too scared to make the leap. I'm so glad I did! Before joining crossfit, I was a regular runner. I thought I was in good shape. Crossfit allowed me to learn so many new things, such as Olympic lifts. All the trainers are great, and are more than willing to work with a beginner like me.

I joined CrossFit Tallahassee in August 2013.  Prior to that time, I did not have much experience lifting weights and had simply tried to stick to running. However, because of the demands of law school, I had abandoned running as well.  I knew I needed to make a change, so I decided to join CFTally before starting my third year of law school...As I leave Tallahassee behind and move to Tampa, I am worried about what my CrossFit future holds.  I have been so blessed and spoiled at CFTally that nothing will ever surpass or probably even come close to it.

The few months I had at CFTally were some of the best times I have had in a gym. You learn that you can do things that you never imagined yourself doing. If you are having trouble with your form or don’t understand a movement there is always a trainer that is more than happy to help. When you think you don’t have anything left in the tank somebody will be around to push you to dig deeper and keep trying. It’s like a family.
