Your First Week is Free

Sign up for a free week of workouts at CrossFit Tallahassee! First, we will call you to ensure you have an awesome workout. We will answer any questions you have and talk about your health and fitness goals. At any rate, whether you have been an athlete for years or are just starting out, you will leave here with some free advice on how best to achieve those goals by expert coaches who truly care about every person who walks through our door.

This workout is absolutely fee! There are no strings attached and no obligations.

What to Expect:

Come prepared to workout. Wear gym clothes and tennis shoes. You don’t need to bring water or a towel as we provide both. The purpose of this first workout is to give you a taste of what working out with us is like, not to destroy you on your first workout. But don’t worry it will be challenging!

Expect to spend about  an hour at our gym. While you are here please talk to as many of our members as you can. This is a great way for you to see if CrossFit Tallahassee is a good fit for you.

Prerequisites

Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it’s the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym this is your starting point.

There is no charge for your first week of workouts!

Crossfit has not only helped my looks but helped me mentally become stronger. One of their catch phrases "Your workout is our warm up" is no joke and has made me realize I can and will achieve things I once thought were out of my grasp. I highly recommend Crossfit Tallahassee to everyone and as soon as I get back into town, I'll be back in that beautiful, hot and sweaty warehouse. 🙂

I am not an elite athlete, and it's unlikely that I will ever be one. However, I'm a better athlete than I was 6 months ago when I started at CFTally, and I plan to be a better athlete 6 months from now.....and thereafter. So why does a person with seemingly modest fitness aspirations join Crossfit?  The answer is because I want to manage aging as proactively as possible, and at 52, I only need to prove it to myself that I can.  And if I can do Crossfit, lots of other people can too
