Your First Week is Free

Sign up for a free week of workouts at CrossFit Tallahassee! First, we will call you to ensure you have an awesome workout. We will answer any questions you have and talk about your health and fitness goals. At any rate, whether you have been an athlete for years or are just starting out, you will leave here with some free advice on how best to achieve those goals by expert coaches who truly care about every person who walks through our door.

This workout is absolutely fee! There are no strings attached and no obligations.

What to Expect:

Come prepared to workout. Wear gym clothes and tennis shoes. You don’t need to bring water or a towel as we provide both. The purpose of this first workout is to give you a taste of what working out with us is like, not to destroy you on your first workout. But don’t worry it will be challenging!

Expect to spend about  an hour at our gym. While you are here please talk to as many of our members as you can. This is a great way for you to see if CrossFit Tallahassee is a good fit for you.

Prerequisites

Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it’s the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym this is your starting point.

I have always been an active person who works out about five times a week. I recently started getting bored of the gym and I was at a plateau, I wasn't getting any leaner or stronger. I heard about CF Tallahassee and decided to try it out. I started in Feb and fell in love with it. All the coaches are very motivating and they know their stuff!! Since I started crossfit three months ago I have already seen a lot of improvements in my workouts and I am getting stronger! I only left CF tally because I moved back home but I will be continuing crossfitting at home. It was a pleasure training with all the coaches in CF Tally, I learned a lot!

NEVER have I been a part of such a great overall fitness program. As a personal trainer and life long athlete, I thought I had experienced just about everything a fitness program had to offer. Man was I wrong. From the beginning, Greg and Teresa were more than helpful (and honest) in teaching me the in and outs of the program. CrossFit Tallahassee quickly became a second home to me. I loved the atmosphere, the friendships and how strong I felt. In two years, I went from being unable to do a pull-up to easily doing chest to bars and with a lot of practice I achieved my ultimate goal of muscle-ups! Through every work-out there are always others cheering you on and I truly felt I could talk to anybody which isn’t something I’ve ever really experienced. The community is incredible and the WOD is never over until the last person finishes. It was never about being the first one done, lifting the heaviest or running the fastest…rather it was about each person doing the best they can and improving themselves.

After arriving back in Tallahassee, I began to research the CrossFit gyms in Tallahassee. After viewing pictures of the colorful and clean gym of CrossFit Tally, I knew it was the place for me. I was right. Since joining CrossFit Tallahassee, I had a tremendous increase in my physical fitness test. I went from a 257 to a 297 (highest score is 300) this past school year (my best score since I became a cadet in 2007) and I am in the best shape of my life.
