Your First Week is Free

Sign up for a free week of workouts at CrossFit Tallahassee! First, we will call you to ensure you have an awesome workout. We will answer any questions you have and talk about your health and fitness goals. At any rate, whether you have been an athlete for years or are just starting out, you will leave here with some free advice on how best to achieve those goals by expert coaches who truly care about every person who walks through our door.

This workout is absolutely fee! There are no strings attached and no obligations.

What to Expect:

Come prepared to workout. Wear gym clothes and tennis shoes. You don’t need to bring water or a towel as we provide both. The purpose of this first workout is to give you a taste of what working out with us is like, not to destroy you on your first workout. But don’t worry it will be challenging!

Expect to spend about  an hour at our gym. While you are here please talk to as many of our members as you can. This is a great way for you to see if CrossFit Tallahassee is a good fit for you.


Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it’s the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym this is your starting point.


There is no charge for your first week of workouts!

When I started training at CrossFit Tallahassee, I found a whole new part of CrossFit that I had not been exposed to. I learned it was not only strength and speed but also flexibility and balance. Also, being able to train with instructors like Greg and Teresa who are constantly trying to learn to make everyone improve really made it a good time. CrossFit Tallahassee brought me to a whole new level of fitness after a year of training at another CrossFit. I added to my strength and explosiveness along with adding a balance that I had never previously had. I can't forget that the gym was also one of the best looking CrossFit's that I have been lucky enough to train at.
CF Tallahassee was my baptism by fire into the Crossfit world. Greg has remained one of the hardest pushing CF coaches I have worked with in my nearly 2 years of Crossfitting. Thanks! (I think)
CrossFit and CFTally will make you the athlete that you wish to be, and make you the athlete that you never knew you could be no matter where you view yourself right now.
It’s been almost 10 months since I left CFTally, but it’s been on my mind a lot lately.  We often hear about exercise as “an investment in your health” and think it’s a BS marketing slogan to get money, but I don’t think it is.  Fitness is, in many ways like a savings account that you work for, sacrifice for and earn with sweat, blood and sometimes tears.  But once you have it, it’s there for you to use in an emergency.

I began my CrossFit experience at CFTally at the end of September of this year, and it has been one of the most strenuous, but exciting challenges I have embarked on. I'm a second year medical student at FSU and beginning CrossFit with a friend was an intimidating and daunting decision. I had never weight lifted before or even done any sort of organized, class based workout--other than a few sessions of yoga!
