Your First Week is Free

Sign up for a free week of workouts at CrossFit Tallahassee! First, we will call you to ensure you have an awesome workout. We will answer any questions you have and talk about your health and fitness goals. At any rate, whether you have been an athlete for years or are just starting out, you will leave here with some free advice on how best to achieve those goals by expert coaches who truly care about every person who walks through our door.

This workout is absolutely fee! There are no strings attached and no obligations.

What to Expect:

Come prepared to workout. Wear gym clothes and tennis shoes. You don’t need to bring water or a towel as we provide both. The purpose of this first workout is to give you a taste of what working out with us is like, not to destroy you on your first workout. But don’t worry it will be challenging!

Expect to spend about  an hour at our gym. While you are here please talk to as many of our members as you can. This is a great way for you to see if CrossFit Tallahassee is a good fit for you.

Prerequisites

Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it’s the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym this is your starting point.

Before I started crossfit I had been going to the gym for 2 years. At the gym I just worked out the same muscles all the time and the routine got boring. I decided to start doing crossfit and chose CF Tally. I have to say it was a whole different world of working out. I had never done Olympic weightlifting before and never done some of the exercises we were doing but my coach was very good at watching and helping me do the movements correctly.

Why do I love it?  CrossFit Tallahassee puts all the things I’ve done before together and then some!!!  CFTally met me at my level; there’s scaling if needed for every movement.  The workouts are always varied and scores are recorded.  On top of that, it’s like having a personal trainer at every workout.  Coach Greg helps to keep my form in check, motivates me to be better (although during the workout I really don’t want to hear it J), and provides nutritional guidance from time to time.  The most amazing part about CFTally is the challenge for growth and the reward of each new accomplishment or personal record that I hit.  CrossFit Tallahassee is a game changer!
