Lifestyle changes are challenging by their very nature. While you may not like the results your lifestyle gets you, you do like what you do. After all you continue to choose it. But you can make another choice and that is what this program is about. Intentionally making a change in behavior so you can change the results you experience.

Ease into CrossFit

Our Ease into CrossFit is a program that gradually introduces you to the CrossFit lifestyle over two months. We have intentionally created this program to reduce obstacles to your being successful. One issue that many have is they are intimidated with CrossFit. They might see CrossFit Games athletes and think, “That could never be me” and you know what? You are probably right. In just the same way you might watch a sports athlete perform and think the same thing. But that does not mean you cannot get better. That’s the business we are in; helping people get better. You can do this!

How does it work:

  • You progress over two months to fully integrate working out into your lifestyle

  • Your first month you attend 2 classes a week

  • In your second month you increase your classes to 3 a week

  • By the 3rd month you have developed your habit of working out and can now increase your classes up to 5 a week. You now can attend any of our class hours, or keep what is working.

  • Our fees for this program are based on the number of classes in your program.

  • First month

    In the first month you workout twice a week. These two sessions will get you used to coming and adjust to working out. Participating 2 times a week is the minimum and you should make every effort to attend your two days. Be sure to do a Fit3D scan to set a benchmark for future comparison.

  • Second Month

    In your second month you will increase your attendance to 3 times a week. Now you will begin to see changes in your strength and endurance. You will also notice a difference in how your clothes fit!

  • CFTally Athlete

    In month 3 you will find yourself attending more and more. Now working out becomes part of your lifestyle. The workouts and movements begin to make more sense and the relationships you have developed become increasingly valuable to you. Be sure to do your Fit3D body scan to see how much change your work has created.
